Vladovic Harbor Teacher Pride Buck Incentive Program

The Vladovic Harbor Teacher Pride Buck Incentive Program was created to recognize and reward students who demonstrate positive behavior, strong character, and a consistent work ethic. This program encourages students to lead by example and reinforces the values that make our school community respectful, responsible, and high-achieving.

Students can earn Pride Bucks from teachers, staff, and administrators anytime they are “caught being good.” Whether in the classroom, on campus, or during school activities, students have opportunities every day to earn recognition for their positive choices.

Ways Students Can Earn Pride Bucks:

• Displaying respectful behavior toward peers and adults

• Showing leadership in class discussions or group work

• Demonstrating kindness and inclusion to others

• Helping to keep the campus clean and safe

• Supporting school events, clubs, or service activities

• Going above and beyond during collaborative projects or tutoring peers

How It Works:

• Pride Bucks can be earned weekly from any staff member.

• Each grade level has a designated Pride Buck drop box on campus.

• Every two weeks on Monday, one student per grade level is randomly selected from the drop boxes.

• Winners are announced during Monday morning announcements, receive a special prize, and have their photo featured as a model of Monarch pride!

The Pride Buck Program helps build a positive school climate by encouraging students to lead with integrity, responsibility, and school spirit. We’re proud to highlight those who make a difference every day at VHTPA!
