VHTPA Dance – Guest Permission Policy

Any student wishing to bring a non-VHTPA guest to a VHTPA-sponsored dance or activity must complete and submit a Guest Permission Slip to Ms. Ross no later than two weeks before the dance date.

Guest Admission Requirements:

• The permission slip must be completed and submitted at least 48 hours prior to the event for final approval.

• Guests must be accompanied by their VHTPA student host at the time of entry.

• Both the host and guest must present a valid event ticket upon arrival.

• No guest tickets will be sold at the door.

Guest Identification (Required for Entry):

Guests must present one of the following forms of ID at the entrance:

• Valid California Driver’s License

• California State ID

• Current School ID

Behavior & Expectations:

All guests must adhere to VHTPA dance and activity rules. Violation of these rules may result in:

• Immediate removal from the event

• Possible involvement of LAUSD School Police

• Disciplinary action against the host student, including possible exclusion from future school events

Additional Guidelines:

• No “Ins and Outs”: Students or guests who leave the event will not be readmitted.

• Prohibited Items/Attire:

  • No Halloween masks

  • No weapons (real or fake)

  • No costumes or clothing considered inappropriate or offensive
